Confirmation of Attendance
Please confirm your attendance by e-mail at studydepartment@pscc.university.
If you are unable to attend the ceremony after confirming, please inform the Study Department at the same e-mail address.
Graduation ceremonies are important occasions not only for graduates but also for their families. They are also organizationally demanding, and therefore we kindly ask you to follow the rules below, which will help ensure the smooth course of the event.
Please consider the following not as strict rules but as recommendations based on past experience.
Dress Code
Please observe formal dress standards appropriate for this solemn ceremony.
- Gentlemen: suit with tie or bow tie.
- Ladies: formal dress or suit.
- Formal footwear is important.
Young Children
Please carefully consider bringing children under the age of five.
If the ceremony is disrupted, you may be asked to leave the cathedral.
Mobile Phones
Please switch off mobile phones during the ceremony. Kindly remind your guests as well.
Photography and Recording
Image and audio recordings of all present will be taken during the graduation ceremony. By entering the premises, you agree to this recording. If any graduate does not wish to be recorded for this reason, they may request to be excluded from the ceremony by contacting the Study Department. A link to the official photographs will be sent to you by e-mail.
As official recording will be arranged by the organizers, we kindly ask you to limit your own photography or video recording. Every participant should be able to enjoy this significant life moment with a clear view of the ceremony—please do not disturb the atmosphere by seeking individual shots.
