Visas

We know that applying for a visa can be very stressful, so we are happy to assist you as much as possible. The visa application process varies depending on your nationality and destination. Good news: if you are an EU citizen, you do not need a visa to study in the Czech Republic.

If you are an international student requiring a visa to study in the Czech Republic, the process can sometimes take up to 180 days; please keep this in mind and submit your application to PSCC as soon as possible so you can begin your studies with us at the start of the academic year.

We will assist you with your visa application once you have been accepted into one of our study programs. After we receive your tuition payment and confirm your place at PSCC, we will provide the documents necessary for a successful visa application. If you are already in the Czech Republic and hold a valid visa or permit, you should be able to start your studies without needing to apply for a new visa.

We are here to help with the necessary documentation, but please also ensure you can gather any additional documents required from your home country. When submitting your application, please make sure you have sufficient funds in your bank account. All documents must be translated into Czech.

Note: Visa processing may take up to 3 months. Students may begin the application process after receiving the original acceptance documents.

What we help with

We can provide students with original admission documents by post after receiving a signed study contract and tuition payment. We are also able to advise on suitable accommodation.
Please note: we cannot arrange visa appointments on behalf of the student. The student must make this appointment himself. Inquiries regarding the processing of visas must be sent directly to the Ministry of the Interior or your local Czech embassy.
