AIESEC internships are not the only way to gain professional experience. We also care about personal development and the development of people’s leadership skills. Our internships develop four specific aspects of personality: self-reflection, awareness of what is happening in the world, the ability to engage with others, and the ability to solve problems and unexpected situations.
